The obstetrics unit at CMF is concerned with the care and treatment of women during pregnancy and the post-partum period.

Preparing for birth is an organized and planned process, throughout the several stages of the 3 trimesters of pregnancy.
It is a structured approach of prevention, education and orientation for pregnant women and couples. Birth Preparation Unit

The birth preparation unit helps the mother to:

• Manage delivery pain through breathing exercise.
• Have a clear idea about her due date, along with several advice concerning the baby’s nutrition and care.
